OUR PEOPLE
Our values become more than four words because of our people. We take great pride in their expertise and knowledge of the insurance and risk management industry, 69% of all Griffiths & Armour staff are professionally certified. It’s about much more than qualifications. We recruit talented people, many of whom have come through our industry recognised Graduate and Apprenticeship Scheme which has been established for over 30 years.
Each member of our team brings individual attributes to our organisation, and all have a passion for self development, teamwork and delivering support to our clients in a personable, approachable manner.
