Access Insurance is a leading Chartered Insurance Broker for charities and not-for-profits. Our advised service means we don’t just give quotes, we give specific recommendations based on the risks you face, using our specialist knowledge of the third sector. This approach results in clients only paying for the cover they need and being confident that the policy we built will protect them should they need to make a claim.

We work with over 18,000 charities, trustee boards and community organisations each year and have an experienced team of advisers who will work with you to get suitable cover and assist you with claims should an incident occur.

We're owned by a charity

We are proudly part of the Benefact Group, which is owned by a charity, a family of financial service businesses with deep charity expertise in insurance and investment management. All available profits go to charity, with over £1 million being given through the Group’s annual giving programme - Movement for Good. This year we have reached the milestone of £250 million of giving since 2014.

• Rebuild surveys determine the correct building sum insured. If a building is underinsured, insurers can reduce claim payments of any size. We can arrange for our specialist partners to carry out a rebuild cost assessment for you.
• Safeguarding and abuse risk. Our advisers are trained to understand the safeguarding and abuse risk issues, supporting you as you safeguard children and vulnerable adults in your care as part of your activities.
