Charity Webinar: What lessons can charities learn from the pandemic?

10 March 2021

As part of our educational programme for charities, we are delighted to invite you to a live Q&A webinar with Debra Allcock Tyler, Chief Executive of Directory of Social Change (DSC). Debra will explore the lessons learnt from the past year and what trustees should be thinking about in the future. As well as the sector’s relationship with the government, politicians and the regulator; and how the sector’s role in society might change post-pandemic.

Debra has worked in the charitable and voluntary sector for over 30 years. She is trustee of In Kind Direct, a charity founded by HRH The Prince of Wales, a trustee of the Berkshire Community Foundation, Vice-President of the Soldiering On Awards, and an Ambassador for women and girls at risk of or affected by female genital mutilation and other harmful practices for the Africa Advocacy Foundation (AAF).

The webinar will take place on Wednesday 10 March from 10:30am – 12:00pm via Zoom, and there will be an opportunity for attendees to submit their questions in advance, and on the day.

The registration page can be found here.
