Mayfair Capital have been formally appointed by Barts Charity as strategic property adviser to its c.£75m directly held property portfolio. The appointment will see Mayfair Capital provide a fully integrated strategic investment management service for the Barts Charity’s property portfolio. It is anticipated that over time the property portfolio will include a mix of directly held properties and diversification into indirect property.
